Registration is open from 20 January 2023.

Registration fees for the 25th ICVF2023 conference are including welcome reception, scientific sessions, technical and social excursions, conference dinner and lunches. Registration fees for partners of delegates are including welcome reception, technical and social excursions and conference dinner. There will be no organised partner program.

The final date for early bird registration is 14 April 2023. Regular registration and payment is due by 8 July 2023.

 Registration fees:

Regular attendees, early-bird registration (due by 14 April 2023): EURO 550,-
Regular attendees, regular registration (due by 8 July 2023): EURO 650,-

Students (send in copy of your student card to icvf2023@gmail.com after registration and before payment):  EURO 450,-

Partner of attendee: EURO 300,-

Cancellation

Cancellation before 10 June 2023 will be charged € 150. There will be no refund of Registration fees upon cancellation after 10 June 2023.
